My name is Melina Rintamäki and I'm a 20 years old student from Turku vocational institute in Finland.
I have been training for competitions over a year and now we are heading towards for Nordic Championships. I work at cocktail bar in Scandic Börs, in my job I love the connection with my customers and the creative atmosphere. Can´t wait to meet all the new people there and have a great new experience.

My name is Sanni Siitonen and I´m studying at Lapland Education Centre REDU in Rovaniemi, Finland.
I´m nineteen years old and I graduated last year as a waitress. Now I´m studying to be a bartender and working in Gustav Kitchen & Bar.
I love to learn new things and I enjoy working with new people. I´m really excited about Nordic Championships and to see Oslo for the first time. I can´t wait to be there and see all the other competitors!
The Nordic Championship for Cook and Waiter Apprentices highlights Nordic culinary skills and traditions, and is an important catalyst for promoting the Nordic restaurant industry. In 2023, the Championships are held in Oslo, Norway.
